We owned a Keystone Springdale 31 foot TT for 8 years. Apart from normal maintenance (new battery and tires after 6 years) the trailer was really trouble free. Hail broke the roof vent covers, and after 7 years the outside shower faucet started leaking. Got that fixed, no problem.
All the appliances worked with no issues, no problems with plumbing (water or black-gray tanks). It was a good camper. I never had to do anything with the roof except clean it. I used exclusively rubber roof cleaner, and cleaned the awning with a Mr. Clean Magic eraser. Awning was in great shape when we sold it.
Reason we sold it and got a new one, was because the floor plan became too uncomfortable. It had no slides, and we started feeling claustrophobic in it.
I still like the camper, it's given us lots of good memories. No complaints, no problems. In my opinion, it was a good camper.
