I'm not at all impressed with Keystone quality. We have a 2013 Cougar and it has been nothing but problems! TV was mounted off level by approx. 1 inch. Main closet rod fell during first trip. It was only secured by 2 small screws on each end and they only went through 1/8 paneling. Both gray and blackwater drain handles fell off on the first trip. The floor of the main closet collapsed unto the water heater, it was only held up by small staples going into pine strips. A panel divider between compartments fell over, it was only held in place by 2 small staples. The bolster holding the cushions in the dinet pulled loose, they are only secured by 2 small screws going into particle board and the list goes on. Keystone quality does not exist!
