How can I make my TT lights flash unhooked from my truck?

I am attending a trade show for my employer and we will have our 24' enclosed trailer converted to a TT there on display. My VP wants me to find a way to make the trailer lights flash, exactly like it...

Thanks, I'd prefer to buy one. So Im still a little confused, how does that work exactly? Is it possible to make them flash too not just remain constant?
