How can I make my TT lights flash unhooked from my truck?

I am attending a trade show for my employer and we will have our 24' enclosed trailer converted to a TT there on display. My VP wants me to find a way to make the trailer lights flash, exactly like it...

X2, and as for power you would use the 12 volt trailer battery for the power source. It probably would need to be charged each night though. JMO
