I never did a test, but I don't think it takes much of the speed to push the water "uphill" on camper nose. Probably in 20 mph range.
Each engine is having its "sweet spot" so it is worth doing some test.
My truck, camper combo while going from 60 to 65 mph cruise control setting would
go from 12 to 10 mpg, what at the time translated to about $40 in extra fuel cost for each 1 hr gained by driving faster.
