The self serving inconsiderate drivers are a tiny percentage of all the drivers on the road.
It would be awesome that when we were making our travel planes that we knew ahead of time how many inconsiderate drivers that were dragging their butts there would be on the road between the time we leave and the time we would like to arrive.
