Of course it all depends on how handy you are.
Cutting a largish opening into an RV roof is never "easy."
Do it wrong and you will cause yourself a lot of grief.
Also your rigs appears to be new...2013. You may give the dealer/manufacturer reasons to give you problems if any warranty issues pop up.
