Easiest way to check is, at night stop 20 feet from a wall and measure headlight pattern on wall for height both unloaded and loaded. It is a pain in the butt when travelling at night to be blinded by out of adjustment headlights, and unsafe for the driver as well as you are not lighting up the road where you drive. On your truck headlight adjustment is super easy and takes less than a minute to adjust. It is worth doing as the factory lights on our trucks is next to useless and needs all the help it can get.
