How level is your truck camper loaded?

I know a few people have stated they run different amounts/pressure of air in each side. If you aren't level and don't have air bags, what methods have you used to try to level your truck camper or have you simply ignored it.

I measure from the ground up to the fender botom edge above every wheel and make sure all are as close to same height as possible.
The rear end sits about an inch higher then fronts,since the camper is not very heavy..

In the winter I put as much weight in back to improve traction on icy roads,,
works and handles real nice this way..
