All 3/4 ton trucks are bastard units. With a diesel engine, they have the power to tow heavy, but they don't have the rear springs and axle components to handle full size fifth wheel trailers. You really need to limit yourself to a mid size fifth wheel at the most.
I limited myself to 11K lbs. dry weight and 2K lbs. dry weight on my new Grand Design Reflection fifth wheel--because of weight limitations. We're not suffering as they're prefectly nice trailers.
The full size units like a Montana or Big Horn/Big Country fifth wheel trailer really need dual rear wheel 1 ton tow trucks.
I would suggest you book out any truck on KBB.com or Edmunds.com to see what your budget allows. There are many diesel trucks out there used for daily transportation or infrequent RV towing. I would run from any work truck.
