I wouldn't offer any more for that truck than a used one. In 2009 after a lot of trucks got stuck on the lots for extended periods there was a lot of discussion about "lot rot" where turbos hadn't been lubricated and rusted, diesel fuel spoiled, water accumulated in crankcases causing rust, tires took sets, etc. In my experience a lot of rubber parts suffer more from age than wear and I would certainly never leave a $60K vehicle out in the sun and rain for two years like this one most likely has been. The only thing this one has going for it is the new truck warrantee.
I agree, not ideal, but "lot rot" is not even a consideration. Maaaaybe if it was an early '17 and had been sitting for 2 years on a car lot in Phoenix I'd think a little about UV damage.
I garage my vehicles too and it helps, but if you have a truck that doesn't go out in sun, rain, snow etc, then you're not driving it and it's getting "shop rot." Lol
