Ask the dealer for a print out of any warranty work that has been performed on the vehicle. If they say none, say show me a copy of the report. It may have had a major issue and sat waiting for parts, was part of failed sale or as a buy back etc. There is a reason the window sticker was removed.
Asked them if the vehicle was ever titled. If it was bought back, then there is a title record for that.
Have them provide a Carfax report on it.
Ask them if it had body damage that was repaired. Ask for a written statement from them that the vehicle has not had major issues that they have not disclosed.
Then go to Costco and ask them to get a price on this vehicle, and see where that comes in at as a starting point.
