How can you get $10k off a 2019 Ram heavy duty when they are not on the lots yet? It will be tomorrow before they are shown to the public.

Interesting. My 2015 Ram was delivered in October 2014 and I had it home before Halloween even with upfitting after it arrived at the dealer.
