I will bet that truck was sold to a buyer who was "spotted" for a loan, but when the dealership could not get the loan bought by any lending institution, the truck came back to the dealer. That's why the window sticker has been removed. In a big volume dealership, the truck could have been parked and "lost" in the system. It could have been titled, too. Make sure the dealer either has the MSO, or a title in their possession. I see nothing wrong with purchasing this truck if the price is right. The fact that it has sat for that long is not an issue. There are 2019 vehicles that have been in production for almost that long, and a lot of 2018 vehicles that have been in production longer than that truck has been sitting. It is very possible to find a model year newer vehicle that has been sitting in inventory that long and no one would think anything about that!
