So you can tow up to the the first limit you hit. When it comes to RVing, rarely is that the vehicle's tow rating and GCWR.
If you have the HD towing package in the Expy, you get the 3.73 axle.
Your RV limit is likely payload or the 900-ish pound tongue weight limit. 900 pound TW means about 7k loaded TT, or 6k dry.
