How much weight can I tow?

Can't say based on your info. Year, rear end, cab style all change the number.
But, if it helps check the stickers inside your driver's door, they should give you a basic idea.

For a 2010 4x2 supercab you have a 12,500 lb tow cap and a 1950 lb cargo cap.
