How often do you check your Truck's tire pressure?

I often wonder how accurate all these different types of manual guages are, even the ones they use in tire stores, do these things ever get checked out.
Are they accurate within say 10 PSI, do they maintain their accuracy over time?
Where could you get your guage checked with any degree of accuracy?
