How often do you check your Truck's tire pressure?

Speaking of rotation...Les Schaub swapped the fronts side to side, but looked at the rears and advised just to leave them alone...there is no appearance of improper wear...I guess it is one of those things "if it ain't broke don't fix it!" Of course I have steer fronts and lugs all across the back 4.
