diesel truck... It's got a 180amp alternator that will keep it's two batteries and my camper batteries topped off in nothing flat.
there is no need to do a 'proper' charge to 100%, just up to 90% on a fast charge is good for a few days or so. The proper charge will take place when I'm back on the road again, the solar takes over with exposure to sun, or I get back home and plug the camper into the house power.
I've run my truck for 2 hours in the AM after a cold night with the heater fan running for about 5 hours (35ah draw) and they are floating at 13.8 when finished. Close enough for government work! Ha!
