True, but who knows what evil lurks behind a 30A outlet. That's also why my PT 30C EMS goes on before my trailer shore power cord does.

I'll use it when I have to but I worry a bit of using a 30 Amp cordset on a 50 Amp circuit. Bad things can happen to the wiring if something goes wrong.
