How tall is your truck and camper really?
I thought it would be fun to post a couple of comparison photos. No, my truck isn't lifted, but as you can see, it's really tall compared to the other trucks in the photos. No, I'm not saying taller...

Living on the west coast we don't seem to have too many low overpasses like that. Local to me is only one RR underpass that semi's can't go under. But other than that 13' 6'' is pretty safe around here. And most HWY overpasses are 14 or 15 something or even more.
I have a college buddy who De-roofed his fifth wheel back on the east coast when they were on a year long adventure.
