My tie downs aren't what I'd consider tight. There is play in the one by the drivers side forward, These are TC tie downs that attach to the bars sticking out from the frame.

Roof needs checked and resealed where necessary. I look at my roof several times a year. That's the only maintenance I regularly do.
Some of the trim that snaps in to the rails along the roof line and back wall is failing. It's cheap plastic trim that cracks due to being sun-baked. I'm doing that this year.
