How to deploy Happijac dually swingout brackets?
Help! I don't remember how to release the Happijac dually swingout brackets to allow them to swing out. Thanks.

Push up on the bolt head with the spring above it and twist the bracket out. The spring will drop the teeth on top into the slots.
Sometimes it seems like the spring has gotten more stronger than it was.
