Wow, thanks Joel.
While I haven't had a problem other than 2 rollers out, twisted off lying on the floor, I suspect it will be a problem sooner than later.
Trying to get into a dealer takes months if at all, so have sorta let it go, but hearing it keeps it on the list of things to do..
