How to pull cargo trailer behind a truck camper

The dealer told me today I would need to buy a $1,100 hitch set up to pull a cargo trailer behind a truck camper. This would be a class 5 hitch to replace the class 3 hitch on my truck and also a 48"...

I use the SuperHitch and 2' SuperTruss to tow 7000 lbs behind my short bed and 9' TC. Even with my smaller flatbed loaded around 2000 lbs, I am happy to have the support of the above hitch.
