It's still wet from current water. No obvious drips or residue on pex. Slight line on water heater, but doesn't look like anything significant or current.
Asked NL about removing oven but they highly discouraged owner work on it (probably due to gas connections). Seems strange since it's about the same as a BBQ grill which does require periodic work (or being thrown out after a few years).
