I'm surprised to see a lower white light shown in this photo as I have had problems passing State DOT Inspections of having manual control lights on the rear of the trailer. I suspect having a manual operated light on the front of the trailer would raise the same red flag. ????

Probably one of those things that gets a pass because it's manufacturer's "original equipment"??
Is that trailer one of those with the blue / white light up "eyes" on the nose? What's the purpose, just decorative?
