I guess you can have it all.
Saw this tonight at our local Wally World campground. Mind you, didn't catch the make of the TC, but appears this person has all their toys along for the road.

I wonder why some do that, your carrying/ towing more weight with a goose-neck trailer and the camper in it instead of the bed of the truck. Gooseneck trailers weigh a lot more than a 16 or 18 foot flatbed. Just sayin.
