I would suggest cutting through the fabric on the bottom of the camper, pulling the insulation, and seeing if the floor looks wet from the bottom. If so, you are looking at replacing that section of floor, and the linoleum is gonna have to come up. If the floor is soft as you describe, the wood will be wet and there will be black mold growing. Open it up, dry it out, and plan on installing a new vinyl floor in the camper.
