You are right. I am going to max out the GVWR before I max out the GCWR, and the Hensley throws me way over weight when you add in 4 adults even after taking off the shell. The shell weighs about the Amount an adult would weigh.

Interesting that Hensley would sell me a hitch knowIng all the specs, however, I did find this info.
How much does the “Hensley Arrow” weigh ?
The total weight, including the hitch bar, is 190lbs. That’s about 70lbs. more than a friction style hitch. Our built in weight distribution handles the extra weight on your trailer tongue. The hitch is built to last a lifetime, so you’ll see why we insist on such a rugged design.
How does it distribute weight?
Even if it takes all that weight and evens it out through out the truck that will still put me over weight.
Does it distribute the weight through both the TT and the TV then adding the tongue weight to the GCWR?
