Sometimes the kids get 'responsibility' taught to them... We were at a campground, in an end spot close to the restroom, so there was plenty of traffic. ALMOST everyone was courteous and didn't walk through our site. But there was this one kid who had to ride his bike right through, no more than 2 feet away from me...
One evening I was sitting outside with our Golden who is a big, REAL friendly guy, who unfortunately likes to jump on people. We restrain him really, really well because of it. This night he was on an 8' leash, and behaving himself really well with all the people walking by - and with me watching him closely. He got to greet several people who thought he was a nice guy, and he proved himself to be so. But then this kid rides right through. I said loudly, "DON'T ride through the campsite!!", but our Golden thought the kid came there to see HIM, and jumped at him. Dog didn't get anywhere close, but it sure gave that kid a start!
I never had him ride through again.
