I need 3 rows of seats and more towing power....

All good ideas. The duramax vans only come in the cargo I think. Maybe the new ones come in passenger but way too much $$$$. I want to stay below 20K for a tow vehicle and really need 4x4 since I live in the sticks and have some pretty steep hills. What tranny do they put behind the 6.0 2500 vans? I really like the 2008 2500 suburbans but they are somewhat rare and pricey.
