I need 3 rows of seats and more towing power....

A friend of mine had a G-30 with the 6.0, a 4 speed auto and 4.10 gears in a mini MH. Did fine at about 58 mph and 12 mpg. Weight was about 10,500.

My 6.0 has the 6 speed auto and 4.10's. I tow a 13,500 lbs 5er. No problems but fuel mileage runs 8.5 mpg in the 65 mph range.

These are both GM. If you can find a setup with 4.10's you'll be pleased. But everybody wanted grocery getters because gas was a lot higher.
