I need 3 rows of seats and more towing power....

I'm just looking for ideas at this point. I had a 2000 suburban with 3.73 gears and the 5.3 and it was not enough to pull my travel trailer good. I broke down and got a 2007 6.2 denali with a 3.42 r...

I have a 2011 2500 Suburban too. While it has done everything I ask of it, there is no reason to change out your current Yukon Denali. We have only been through the Application mountains, but no problems maintaining 60mph if I wanted in 3rd gear on any inerstate. The 2008+ only comes with 6-spd (same ratios as yours) and 3.73 axle. 4.10 is HD pickup only.
