This is not new or break through technology. The Nissan Leaf has had this feature for years. However, I don't think they released that version in USA.
Hi Don. Every leaf with a Chademo plug has the capability of car too home. (Most do). What they didn’t do is release the additional hardware that attaches to the house.
Chademo is certified for this. CCS not so much. But it looks like North America like Europe is embracing CCS an EV standard. Well that and Tesla but that’s another story.
