I'm ready to go!

Do any of you ever just look at your TVs and think about your TTs and think "I just wanna pull something!" :) I work from my home office and I have a view of my truck every day. I'm "itching" to go somewhere. Darn work and school and responsibilities. Haha. We have quite a few trips planned out already and sites booked, but there are days when I feel like hooking up the camper to the truck and just driving around town - just to tow something. Anyone else?

    We were out at the new TT yesterday stocking it up. A couple was rolling in from a beach trip. Dang they had that just got in from the beach look. I'm ready to go. We have obligations for the next two weekends. After that it's on like Donkey Kong.

    Gonna uncover mine this weekend and start getting it ready for it's first trip! Can't wait! :)

    And on those days I pack a lunch at home, go hook up the TT and go somewhere usually 5 to 10 miles away...Rose Bowl, a street near KABC-TV in Glendale, L.A.'s Griffith Park are favorites...have lunch, read, snooze and drive home.

    Crazyro I hear ya. Poor truck sitting in the driveway one weekend after another, other obligations keep coming first.

    Haha! I have days like that, too, especially during the long off-season. When I first bought my truck and reached 1,000 miles so I could tow, I did just that; hooked the trailer up just for the heck of it and ran it out to the nearest weigh station. I also used it as an opportunity to get my hitch dialed in just right.
