The Camper Package varies between trucks. My F250 got heavier front springs, rear overload springs and a rear stabilizer bar. The same F350 SRW already had the rear overload springs and a F350 DRW already had the rear overload springs and rear stabilizer bar.
Unless you you plan to hang something off the front bumper you really do not need heavier front springs although it will reduce some porpoising front to rear. If I was purchasing a DRW, I would most likely use aftermarket add-ons after evaluating stock ride and add the snow plow package if I planned to haul a heavy front basket, bumper or winch.
