13% TW on 3500 lbs is 455 lbs. On a F150 that will give you 3-4 inches of rear drop putting your headlights in everybody's eyes and causing front tire wear. With a single axle trailer a WDH will be much better a towing experience IMNHO. BTW the stock receiver rating on f150's is 500 lbs. YRMV but doubtful.
