The kit I used works with 2013 and up only because they have unlocking hubs. I don't think they have a kit for the 3rd gens because the hubs don't unlock. Their website is here if you want to search it out in case I've missed something.
No locking hubs on the new Rams either. They have a center axle disconnect similar to the older Dodges (2nd gen) and GMs. The new Rams still spin the outer u joints.
No 2 low option for the 3rd and early 4th gen Rams except locking hub conversion. It's a straight up solid axle.
