Just more anecdotal evidence.

As was already mentioned, all those years you just noted are not the problem years. Read the post by MitchF150. The main years that produced suspect engines are 2004-2009. Although I personally have listened to people complain about their engine of an earlier vintage that spit the sparkplugs out.
