Hi,
There is another route than changing to a 50 amp service. You can "break out" some of the high draw items such as the water heater, and the microwave.
I have the OEM shore power cord, and two auxiliary shore power cords (one is 20 amps, the other is 15).
I use ordinary male and female plugs to do this at the breaker panel. It could be automated with transfer switches should you prefer that.
I installed a watt meter so I can load balance, if need be.
My Magnum inverter also lets me "dial" the maximum amps that will be drawn, and allows me to draw from the battery bank for any surge needs.
