"I can't seem to find any RV shows in SoCal coming up soon so we may have to drive around a bunch of dealers to actually see some units. HTTs just don't seem very popular with the dealers in the San Diego area."
Thanks again!"
If you are willing to drive up to the Riverside/Temecula area, Richardson's RV is the largest West Coast dealer of Jayco Hybrids in CA. They usually have a lot of models in stock that you can look at, AND if you are willing to look at one that they want to move off the lot in a hurry, they will make you a good deal!
We bought our 2012 X17Z right as they were bringing in the 2013 models, they dropped the price by $4k AND threw in a bunch of extras, like the oven (a $600 value). I suspect right about now they have brought in the 2014's, so any 2013's that are in stock on the lot, they probably want to move out fast, and you could probably get a really good deal on one!
