7600 lbs maximum weight of loaded trailer, 12% tongue weight (this is actually a little bit low IMHO you should be aiming for the 15% mark) equals 912 lbs. Every 100 pounds reduction in trailer weight will reduce your tongue weight by 12 pounds.
You also need to consider that the hitch will add extra weight.
Weight Distributing Hitches DO NOT increase the payload of the truck. The WDH will transfer some of the tongue weight to the front axle rather then 100% on the rear axle of the Tundra. The total payload of the Tundra is both axles, regardless of where you put the weight (In reality each axle has a limit too, but we are ignoring rear axle limit for your calculations)
