SuperCrew 4x4 157" 3.5L EcoBoost V6 8200 lbs. 2310 lbs. *‡
Using these specs the trailer I'm looking at is well within its range:
Trailer fully loaded is 7600 lbs (Truck is rated at 8200 lbs)
Payload should be fine. 15% of 7600 lbs is 1140 on the hitch leaving 1170 for truck cargo and occupants.
Wheel base of 157" seems long enough for the 31' trailer.
For those of you who suggest upgrading to a 3/4 ton, why do you feel that way given the numbers above.
