A Tundra sounds like a really good fit to me. Most on here think you need a 3/4 ton to pull a pop up. I tow 7200 lbs loaded in my crew max. Florida and back a few times and all over Ontario and the truck handles it all great. If you decide after 6 month trip to trade in the Tundra you will get best resale out of any of the 1/2 ton trucks on the market too.
