Excellent choice. We had the 2007 SR5 with 5.7 double cab and upgraded with the crew max and 5.7 in 2010. Its 2014 and the truck is nearly paid off. I see no new truck for the future. Our truck tows our trailer perfectly and climbs mountains with ease. You will be fine. I will admit, in the years to come I would upgraded to a 1 ton as we either move to a truck camper. Good luck
