Analyzer center freq set at 500MHz with a 500MHz Span. The ENTIRE noise floor comes up 30db+... I can easily see it sitting on the curb in the street.. My fix was a trip to ALL Electronics and bought 3 chokes for each lamp: AC in, regulator out, LED in. It made a HUGE difference. Yeah, raising the whole noise floor 30 db would be unacceptable to anyone. Aren't the lamps UL listed? Do they have a FCC Class rating like a power supply or transformer?
