I have the same dilemna with my rebuild project.
Totally rebuilt from top to bottom. All new wood framing, insulation, inside paneling, outside siding and so much more.
Huge dollars spent and about a thousand hours of my time went into it.
I never did finish it and I put it on Craigslist for 2500. Got a few calls but no serious interest in it.
Fact is, although it is brand new end to end and top to bottom, it remains a 1981 Citation.
Sad, but the chance of getting a decent buck for it is slim.
