DO NOT BUY! The seller is lying to you if he's who told you it had an aluminum frame, and he's way overpriced. Those earlier Arctic Foxes are known for water leak problems... although that sounds like a silly thing to say because ALL campers are known for that.
At any rate, I like the Arctic Fox but I don't think I'd buy a pre-2005 Silver Fox version unless it was a screamin' deal, which this ain't.
Get a one-ton dually. You've got a blank slate right now, just do it right the first time. I can tell you after decades of truck/camper combos, once you drive a dually with a camper on it, you'll never go back to a narrow, tippy, overloaded single-rear-wheel again.
