Wrong fuse. It should be labelled trailer power, trailer battery or something similar. RoyB has the easiest way to check if the battery is being charged off the truck. A meter can be purchased for less than 15 bucks, just follow the instructions. It would be a good tool to have, electrical gremlins seem to pop up at the most inconvenient times.
